1. Service Description

Senvia is an AI-powered application builder that generates code based on user descriptions. Our service uses advanced AI models (Claude Opus 4.5 and Claude Sonnet 4.5) to create production-ready applications including websites, dashboards, booking systems, e-commerce stores, and more.

The quality and completeness of generated applications vary based on project complexity, specificity of requirements, and the inherent limitations of AI technology.

2. User Responsibilities

By using Senvia, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful descriptions for application generation
  • Not use the service to create malicious, harmful, or illegal applications
  • Review and test all generated code before deploying to production
  • Take responsibility for the applications you build and deploy
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3. Intellectual Property

You own the code. All applications and code generated through Senvia belong entirely to you. You have full rights to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize any code generated for your projects.

Senvia retains no rights or claims to your generated code. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve our services.

4. Payment and Refunds

No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of AI-generated content and the immediate consumption of computing resources, all sales are final. Credits purchased cannot be refunded. We encourage users to start with the free tier to evaluate our service before purchasing.

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, but no prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining billing period.

5. Service Limitations

Important Notice

AI-generated applications may require additional development, testing, and refinement. Complex projects may not be fully completed in a single generation. Output quality varies based on project complexity, and some applications may require multiple iterations or manual adjustments.

Senvia does not guarantee that generated applications will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. Users should review, test, and validate all generated code before production use.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENVIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Senvia in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Service Availability

Senvia strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited. Users may export their generated code before account termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Senvia after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service.
